Billing:
Customer is invoiced on the same day as shipment.

Terms:

Freight:
Multiple box or single box less than 150lbs. will be shipped utilizing UPS. Pallet sized orders will be shipped according to customer's instructions utilizing L.T.L. carrier specified by the customer. UPS shipping charges are normally prepaid and billed with each invoice or shipped utilizing third party payment.

Warranty:
Cabletec will replace, at no cost, any product not conforming to size or specification established by the customer upon initial inspection of the first item, or specified in official Cabletec literature.

Returns:
A 20% restocking fee will apply for any SDR size coupler returned. Special order, or SIDR couplers can only be returned with authorization from the Cabletec shipping department.
